What John Piper Told Me

So I sometimes hack into the Desiring God website to see what J Pipe has to say about certain things. Today was like any normal day and I went to type something into their search box and as I began to type, 4 past search topics appeared:

Treasuring Christ

I’m NOT kidding.

I’m no web genius but methinks this has something to do with the most recent Google searches I’ve made.

Even worse is what this reveals about what my priorities are and what consumes most of my thought life. Yikes.

When I saw that “treasuring Christ” ranked last on that list I wanted to kick myself in my own shin.

Let’s just say today I would not give myself the first impression rose.
